  • Sun Dance (Sun Salutation)

    A Sun Salutation is a standard part of many yoga practices! Kids can practice a full Sun Salutation to build energy and warm up our bodies before we begin to move.

  • Breathing Ball (Breathing Activity)

    Did you know that focusing on our breath can help us experience big emotions? It can even help children to self-regulate! Give it a try with our Hoberman Sphere, or Breathing Ball!

  • Bees (Upper / Lower Body Isolation)

    In our original Bees song kids can practice balancing on one foot, a developmental milestone, while strengthening their listening skills to learn new rhythms and aural patterns.

    In our original Airplane song, kids can practice the challenging Warrior Three Pose! Warrior Three teaches us balance, stability and strength and is a great pose for building focus.

  • Avalanche (Chair Pose)

    In our original Avalanche song, kids can learn about Avalanches with Lauren while practicing musical dynamics and sustaining the challenging Chair Pose!

  • Bicycle (Core Strengthening)

    Kids can take an imaginary bicycle on an adventure! We practice bicycles and then Bridge Pose to strengthen and then stretch our cores!

  • The Bird and The Worm (Sun Salutation)

    In our original song, The Bird and the Worm, kids can practice an entire Sun Salutation! Sun Salutations are energizing and focusing and a great way to transition between activities in class!

  • Bus (Plow Pose)

    In our original Bus rhyme, kids can practice Chair or Fierce Pose and then roll back to Plow Pose. Chair Pose strengthens our legs and lengthens our spine, while Plow Pose is a deep fold and an inversion which sends lots of freshly oxygenated blood to our brain for clarity and focus!

  • Bought Me A Cat (Animal Yoga)

    There are so many animal poses in yoga! In our song, Bought Me a Cat, kids can practice Cat and Cow Pose, Downward Facing Dog, Baby Cobra, Garland Pose, and more!

  • Dragon Breathing (Breathing Activity)

    Did you know that teaching children to notice their breath can help them to self-regulate in stressful situations? Here kids can practice Dragon Breathing with Shelley.

  • Car (Seated Stretch)

    With our Car song, kids can create an imaginary car and practice a mini yoga sequence! We practice a wide-legged stretch with side-bending, Boat Pose and Core Work.   • Feather Blowing (Breathing)

    Did you know that teaching children to tune into their breath can be very self-regulating for them? Here kids can practice taking deep breaths with Dan, blowing feathers in an activity that includes eye tracking and hand-eye coordination.

  • Fire Truck (Plank / Side Plank)

    Take an imaginary adventure on a firetruck while practicing the challenging Plank Pose and Side Plank Pose. Both versions of Plank strengthen our stabilizing core muscles and our arms. This creates stability and focus!

  • Elephant (Wide-Legged Forward Fold)

    In Elephant, kids learn how to make an imaginary elephant with Lauren! We practice Wide-Legged Forward Fold to make our elephants, building strength and stability through our legs, core, and back muscles!

  • Helicopter (Seated Twist)

    In our original Helicopter song, children can practice a gentle twist and a shoulder roll. Twisting aids in digestion and rolling our shoulders produces seratonin, a feel-good hormone which promotes optimism, confidence and relaxation.

  • Giraffe (Kneeling Twist)

    In our Giraffe song, kids can practice a gentle twist and backbend! Twists help our digestion and backbends open our front body and strengthen our back body.

  • Hip Hop Sun Dance (Sun Salutation)

    Kids can learn and practice an entire Sun Salutation by singing along with our Hip Hop Sun Dance! Sun Salutations are energizing and warm our bodies up for further movement. They are also focusing, and work as a great transition between activities in the classroom.

  • Home Song (Sing-Along)

    Sometimes you just need a transition between classroom activities! In our original Home song kids can sing along with Dan, practicing musical dynamics.

  • Flamingos (Crane Pose)

    Practice balancing like a flamingo with Crane Pose! This is a balancing pose that strengthens our core, legs, and sense of proprioception, or where we are in space.

  • Hop A Lot, Stop (Sing-Along)

    Energetic day at school or at home? Try our original song, Hop A Lot, Stop to shake some of your sillies out and regain focus!

  • Sleepy Lion (Upward Facing Dog)

    Practice being a sleepy Lion with Rachel! We start in Child's Pose, a grounding, calming pose which promotes focus and regulates our nervous system. Then we move to Upward Facing Dog and we RAWR! Upward Facing Dog strengthens our arms and we get a great stretch for our front body as well!

  • Jump In The Water (Sing-Along)

    Kids can create a mind-body connection by using their aural and visual listening skills to play Jump In The Water with Isaac!

  • Rainforest (Animal Yoga)

    Kids, hop on an imaginary adventure to the Rainforest with Rachel! In our original Rainforest song, kids practice a mini yoga flow, trying out many different yoga poses, including Tree Pose, Goddess Pose, Garland Pose and Warrior 3!
