  • Bought Me A Cat (Animal Yoga)

    Make fun animal yoga poses with Dan. Meow like a cat, bark like a dog and hiss like a snake!

    There are so many animal poses in yoga! Practice Cat and Cow Pose, Downward Facing Dog, Baby Cobra, Garland Pose, and more!

  • Breathing Ball (Breathing Activity)

    Take some deep breaths with Isaac. Make your body as big as it can be, just like the breathing ball!

    Did you know that focusing on our breath can help us experience big emotions? Give it a try with our Hoberman Sphere, or Breathing Ball!

  • Breathing Buddy

    Breathing is better with a buddy! Bring a stuffed animal and watch them rise and fall on your belly!

  • Breath of Joy (Energy Breathing)

    Breath of Joy is a rhythmic breathing exercise combining gross motor movement, arm stretches and a forward fold. Breath of Joy is helpful for encouraging focus and engagement, as well as stress reduction. It's a great activity to start the day, or for a brain break at school!

  • Buenos Dias (Sing Along)

    At the beginning of every class we sing a hello song together. Singing in multiple languages develops language skills and social-emotional learning! Adding a twist gently awakens the internal organs.

  • Bulldozer (High Lunge)

  • Bull Frog (Squat and Jump)

    In our Bull Frog song, we jump from a deep squat, a high energy activity that encourages deep breathing.

  • Bus (Plow Pose)

    In our original Bus rhyme, kids can practice Chair or Fierce Pose and then roll back to Plow Pose. Chair Pose strengthens our legs and lengthens our spine, while Plow Pose is a deep fold and an inversion which sends lots of freshly oxygenated blood to our brain for clarity and focus!

  • Cactus Relaxation (Reclined Twist)

    Practice reclined twist with Rachel! Sing along with our original, spanish-language Cactus song.

    Escucha el viento. (Hear the wind.)
    Mira alto el cielo (Look up at the sky)

  • Camel Camel (Camel Pose)

    Children can practice the challenging Camel Pose in our original song about a hot desert land. Camel Pose is a deep yoga back bend that opens our chest and stretches our front body as it strengthens our back body. We connect our breath to movement here to ground and open.

  • Canción de Los Animales Mexicanos

    Whether you speak Spanish at home or you're just beginning to learn, kids and grown-ups can practice together with Dan and Rachel! Learning new songs and languages strengthens creates new neural pathways in our brains!

  • Canoe (Boat Pose, Partner Pose)

    Balance and Strengthen - together!!

    In our Canoe song, team up for partner Boat Poses, building stability, core strength and balance while working as a team!

  • Car (Seated Stretch)

    Go for a car ride with Rachel. Stretch and strengthen as you sing along. Don't forget your seatbelt!

    Learn how caterpillars transform into butterflies while practicing a mini yoga flow!

  • Cat in a Tree (Cat Pose, Tree Pose)

    Explore fun yoga poses and emotional awareness in this fun and original musical yoga activity. From the Fire Truck Adventure, available exclusively on the Yo Re Mi App!

  • Cement Mixer (Core Strength)

    Go on an adventure to a construction site and practice mixing cement with Lauren! Adding bicycle crunches and arm movements to our original song makes for a fun and dynamic core workout, energizing and focusing young children.

  • Change My Mind (Mindfulness)

    Children can sing-along with Dan and Rachel and learn all about the concept of changing their minds! This is a great sing along-song for early education, meeting rugs, and social-emotional learning!

  • Chomp Chomp (Sing Along)

    Be an alligator! Kids can practice identifying right from left as well as lengthening their spine and side body in our song, Chomp Chomp! We end our song with a gentle Seated Forward Bend, relaxing the nervous system and winding down.

  • Cider Breathing

  • Cinnamon Ship (Sing-Along)

  • Clock (Upward Salute Pose)

    In Clock, children learn about time while practicing Upward Salute Pose, a yoga pose that grounds and focuses us, while strengthening our core and lengthening our spine and intercostal muscles. This pose teaches us to take up space!

  • Colorful Scarves (Waving a Rainbow)

    So many colors! Kids can sing along with our Colorful Scarves song and learn about all the colors in the rainbow. This song supports early childhood education, teaching infants and young children eye-tracking and building new synapses in their neural pathways!
