Bus (Plow Pose)
Activities • 39s
In our original Bus rhyme, kids can practice Chair or Fierce Pose and then roll back to Plow Pose. Chair Pose strengthens our legs and lengthens our spine, while Plow Pose is a deep fold and an inversion which sends lots of freshly oxygenated blood to our brain for clarity and focus!

Cactus in el desierto. (Cactus in the desert.)

Mira alto el cielo (Look up at the sky)

Camel Camel (Camel Pose)
Children can practice the challenging Camel Pose in our original song about a hot desert land. Camel Pose is a deep yoga back bend that opens our chest and stretches our front body as it strengthens our back body. We connect our breath to movement here to ground and open.

Whether you speak Spanish at home or you're just beginning to learn, kids and grown-ups can practice together with Dan and Rachel! Learning new songs and languages strengthens creates new neural pathways in our brains!
