Hanging loose in Forward Fold decompresses the spine and sends oxygenated blood back to our brains. Balancing on one foot in Warrior 3 is a developmental milestone for young children and builds tremendous focus and strength, as well as self-confidence. And finally, connecting our movements with our breath is calming and focusing for our central nervous system.
